Project inquiries collect your name, company, email, selected service, market information, and project details. Venture applications collect founder and startup names, email, business stage, market information, venture details, and a PDF pitch deck. The application also records your typed NDA signature, signature date, agreement version, acceptance time, browser user agent, and file information. Submissions include a reference number, submission time, and selected language.

Submission information is used to evaluate and respond to inquiries and venture applications, discuss a potential relationship, and maintain records of the application and any accepted agreement. Technical information is used to operate the website, diagnose issues, and reduce abusive submissions. The website uses request IP addresses for temporary rate limiting. Hosting services may also process connection and operational logs.

Project records and venture documents are stored on the application server outside the public web directory with restricted filesystem permissions. This is a security measure, not a guarantee against every risk. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the service. Venture applications, pitch decks, and NDA acceptance details are also sent through Resend to ventures@selvilabs.com for review. Email service and mailbox providers process and may retain these messages and attachments. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law. Avoid including passwords, payment details, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your submission.

The website stores your selected language in your browser using local storage. You can remove this preference by clearing site data in your browser. This may reset the website language. The first-party site code does not currently include a dedicated advertising or analytics tracker. Embedded services may have their own storage and tracking behavior.

The Markets page loads TradingView charts and scripts. When these load, your browser connects to that provider and may share technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and page context. TradingView may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy notice. External links to news publishers and other websites are governed by those services' policies. Nasdaq and Cboe price requests are made by the application server.

Submission records remain in server storage unless removed through an administrative process. The website currently has no automatic deletion schedule. A retention schedule must be confirmed before this notice is finalized, including the periods needed for application review, active business relationships, agreement evidence, and legal obligations.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. The responsible company and the public channel for privacy requests must be confirmed before this notice is finalized. Do not send identity documents through the project or venture forms for this purpose.

Hosting and embedded services may process information in countries different from your own. Provider locations and any required transfer safeguards, together with applicable processing grounds, must be confirmed for the final notice. This page should be updated whenever the site's data practices materially change.
